Ben Karis grew up in New York State and Massachusetts,writing songs and performing with regional musicians in the area since his High School days. His contributions to Sugar Cookie afford him the exciting opportunity to collaborate with former The Orange band mates, Dan Sorensen, Bob Buckley, and Frank Moscowitz for two tracks, "Run, We Must" and "Prince William Sound". Ben now sings, writes and plays guitar for the band, Jupiter Sunrise who are based alternately out of Los Angeles, CA and Woodstock, NY.

Ben's beard finally connects on all parts of his face
and aspires to be as as whiskered as Bob Buckley.
